My group made a three tier cake (chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla).
We talked about the importance of working as a group and how Culinary has allowed us the opportunity to work with all types of people.
Being in a groups create a space of constant ideas. It is important to be paired with people you don’t normally work with so you can not only get to know them, but learn new ideas and methods, too. Icing cakes is very difficult.
This projected relates back to my own life, because you always are meeting new people, or working with others.
I would have chosen a different cake recipe, as ours was a little denser than we would have liked.
Our cake turned out well, we did a good job presenting, and everyone seemed to like our cake.
