Memorizing the many lines of the story.
Understanding blocking, which is working out the details of an actor’s moves in relation to the camera.
We got the opportunity to create our own character.
From this showcase I’ve learned how important memorizing your lines is and how many options you have when playing a character. But most importantly I learned how important blocking in a play can be.
This project relates to my own interests with theatre and how I can improve my overall rehearsal process.
I enjoyed engaging with my character and exploring different options.
I am very proud of getting the blocking memorized because it was very difficult.
